Southeast Gulf of America

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate SE winds and slight seas will 
prevail in the eastern Gulf of America this week, as high pressure
persists over the northeastern Gulf. Looking ahead, a cold front 
is slated to enter the basin Fri night into Sat, leading to 
moderate to locally fresh W to NW winds in the wake of the front 
in the northern basin. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh S to SW winds are expected to 
develop by early Fri offshore of Florida, with winds strengthening
and expanding eastward later in the day, ahead of a cold front 
moving through the eastern United States. Locally rough seas will 
accompany these winds. The cold front is slated to move offshore 
Fri night into Sat, with winds turning to the west and weakening 
behind the front. Looking ahead, the front will dissipate this 
weekend, and high pressure will build over the western Atlantic. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas
3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
