.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh S to SW winds will develop 
offshore of central and northern Florida tonight, and winds are 
expected to pulse through this weekend as troughing prevails over 
the Florida Peninsula. Otherwise, gentle to moderate trade winds 
and moderate seas are expected over the remainder of the waters. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 to 15 ft N of 27N, otherwise SE 
winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft late in the morning, 
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 20 kt N of 
27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.FRI...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
