Southeast Gulf of America

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southerly return flow will prevail
over the NW Gulf ahead of the next cold front forecast to move
into the NW Gulf early Sun. The front will shift across the
Gulf, with strong N winds and rough seas expected behind the
front west of 90W. Winds will briefly reach gale force winds
offshore of Veracruz Sun. Winds will diminish from north to
south early next week as the cold front shifts SE of the area
and high pressure builds in its wake. Another cold front will
move into the northwestern Gulf the middle of next week and
stall from near south Florida to the Bay of Campeche by the end
of next week. Gale force winds will be possible west of the
front off Tampico, Mexico Wed, and off Veracruz, Mexico Wed
night and Thu.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 28N55W to 28N70W will 
stall and dissipate by Sun. Long-period N swell producing rough 
seas will shift SE while slowly subsiding through early next week.
Fresh trade winds and rough seas will prevail south of 23N 
through the remainder of the weekend, with locally strong winds 
pulsing north of Hispaniola and through the Windward Passage. S 
winds will strengthen off the coast of Florida by early Sun ahead 
of the next cold front forecast to move off the coast of the 
southeastern United States Sun night. The front will reach from 
Bermuda to the Florida Straits by Mon afternoon, then drift SE and
weaken through Tue.

N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and S 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 8 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN NIGHT...S of 27N, S winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, SW winds
15 to 20 kt, shifting to W to NW late. Seas 2 ft or less S of
