.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will enter the NW Gulf Wed night, then
stall from the Bay of Campeche to near the Florida Big Bend Fri.
Southerly winds will increase ahead of the front in the central
Gulf Wed. Strong to near gale force winds are expected behind
the front.
