Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...1009 mb low pressure off the central coast of Texas 
will lift northeast through the early part of the week, dragging a
cold front into southern Gulf through Tue night. The front will 
stall and become diffuse over the southern Gulf through mid-week. 
Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish into the latter part
of the week as high pressure builds over the northern Gulf.

.MON...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE 10 to 15 kt

the front.
