Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front reaching from Port Charlotte, Florida
to near Brownsville, Texas will dissipate over the Gulf later
today. High pressure building north of the front over the
southeastern United States will maintain fresh NE to E winds over
the southeastern Gulf today. Looking ahead, a weak cold front 
will reach the northern Gulf coast Thu, stall across the central 
Gulf by late Fri before dissipating Sat. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds follow a cold front reaching from weak 
low pressure near 32N72W to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. High 
pressure builds in behind the front, allowing winds and seas to
diminish into Thu. Looking ahead, winds will back to north late
Thu and Fri as a cold front moves into the waters off northeast
Florida, then shifts east of the area. Looking ahead, high
pressure building in the wake of the front off the Carolinas will
support fresh NE to E winds late Sat through Sun.

.TODAY...NE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
