Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad and weak low pressure centered just offshore
the middle Texas coast is producing a few thunderstorms along
waters offshore Texas in the NW Gulf of Mexico. This low is
expected to move inland Tue morning, and tropical development is
not anticipated. Scattered thunderstorms will locally gusty
winds may still impact far NW Gulf waters into Tue night.
