.SYNOPSIS...An upper disturbance will support scattered showers
and thunderstorms across the eastern Gulf over the next couple
of days. Otherwise, a weak pressure gradient will maintain
gentle to locally moderate winds and slight through early next
week.  

.TODAY...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
