Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure extending from north-central Mexico
into the southern U.S. plains will continue to draw in mainly
fresh SE winds across much of the Gulf into Thu night. Looking 
ahead, a weak cold front will move off the Texas coast into the 
northwest Gulf Thu night, shift southeast, then slow down and 
weaken further as extends from South Florida to Veracruz, Mexico, 
by late Sat. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
