.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic supports
moderate to fresh easterly winds. The ridge will weaken over the
next few days, allowing winds and seas to diminish across the SE 
Gulf. Seas will build again late in the week.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
