Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Southerly flow will develop over the eastern Gulf Thu
as high pressure over Texas shifts eastward toward the Carolinas,
and low pressure develops over northwest Mexico. Patchy fog is 
possible over the west-central Gulf by late Sat, ahead of cold 
front expected to move off the Texas coast late Sun. The front
will reach from Mobile Bay, Alabama to the Bay of Campeche by 
early Mon.
