Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the region will shift E on Fri.
Fresh to strong southeast to south winds and scattered
thunderstorms are expected to develop over the western Gulf Fri
night, then shift eastward into Sun, in advance of a cold front.
By Sun night, this cold front is expected to move E of the Gulf,
with strong to possible gale-force W to NW winds along with
rough seas expanding across much of the basin Mon through Mon
night. Gale force winds are possible in the NE Gulf sat night.
Winds and seas subside Tue and Tue night as high pressure builds
over the area.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 kt in the evening, becoming variable
less than 5 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. 
.FRI...Variable winds less than 5 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...Variable winds less than 5 kt, becoming E 10 kt
late. Seas 3 ft or less. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SE to S 20 to 25 kt
late. Seas 3 to 5 ft, building to 6 to 9 ft in SE to S
swell late.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure W of Bermuda will strengthen as it
moves ESE along and just N of 31N through Fri, before lifting NE
away from area waters. Strong to gale force cyclonic winds and 
rough to very rough seas will accompany this broad low pressure 
for waters north of 24N into Fri. Another cold front will move 
southeastward across northern waters Fri night into Sat night, 
bringing fresh to strong west winds on both sides of the front 
north of 28N into Sun. Low pressure and a new frontal system will 
move across the northwest waters Mon through Tue night. Strong to 
near gale force winds will be possible with this system.

.TONIGHT...N of 27N, NW to N winds 10 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NE
swell. S of 27N, N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in N to
NE swell. 
.FRI...S of 27N, NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE in
the afternoon. N of 27N, W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt except 10 to 15
kt N of 29N. Seas 5 to 7 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft in NE to E 
swell N of 27N.
.FRI NIGHT...N winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N.
.SAT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and N to NE winds 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft in NE swell.
