several days as high pressure dominates.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extending from 31N70W to central
Cuba will reach from 31N60W to Hispaniola tomorrow morning and 
from 22N55W to Puerto Rico Wed morning. Peak winds ahead and 
behind the front are strong to near gale north of 25N, which will 
gradually diminish as the front continues eastward for the next 
two days. A developing extratropical low will exit the Carolinas 
coast Wed and move along our 31N border through Fri. Strong to 
near gale west winds are anticipated mainly north of 25N Wed night
into Fri.

.TODAY...NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
