Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough prevails across the Bay of
Campeche. Rough seas will continue in the vicinity of the trough
tonight. Strong return flow will set up across the northern Gulf
starting early Thu ahead of the next approaching front that will
push off the Texas coast on Fri.  

.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N53W to 24N70W, then 
becomes stationary to central Cuba. Another cold front extends 
from 31N61W to 28N76W. The fronts will continue weakening
through the week. Moderate to fresh winds will persist behind
the fronts, with rough seas mainly W of the second cold front.
Winds across  the area will veer E to SE Thu night and Fri while
becoming fresh  to strong as the high pressure moves E of
Bermuda.

27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
