.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will continue sweeping across the area 
today, bringing moderate to fresh N winds through Wed. Winds will
diminish to moderate and become E to SE by Wed night into Thu in 
response to another cold front approaching the NW Gulf. Slight to
moderate seas can be expected through the week.
