Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh southerly return flow is expected over the
western Gulf, with locally strong winds offshore Veracruz, ahead
of the next cold forecast to enter the NW Gulf tonight. The
front will reach from SE Louisiana to near Veracruz, Mexico by
Tue morning, and from northern Florida to the eastern Bay of
Campeche by Wed morning. Gale force winds will develop over the
west- central and SW Gulf Tue through Wed.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front that extends from just E of Bermuda to
the Turks and Caicos Islands will slide E through mid-week,
before moving E of the region. Southerly gales ahead of the
front N of  28N between 60W and 65W will diminish today. Behind
the front, gales will develop this evening N of 27N along 63W,
then track eastward through Tue night to 55W. Looking ahead, 
increasing southerly flow is likely mid-week offshore Florida in 
advance of the next cold front.
