Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure is building across the Gulf waters
producing light to gentle NW to N winds over the western half of
the Gulf, and mainly moderate N winds over the eastern half of
the Gulf, including the Yucatan Channel. These winds will veer
to the E and SE on Sun. Southerly return flow will increase over
the western Gulf Sun night ahead of the next cold front which
will move off the Texas coast Mon night into Tue. Gale
conditions are likely in the wake of the front over the
west-central and SW parts of the Gulf Tue through Wed. Seas are
forecast to build to 14 to 16 ft over the SW Gulf by Tue night
into Wed morning.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1007 mb is located near 30N76W with
a frontal trough extending to western Cuba. The low will move N
of area soon with fresh NW to N winds behind the frontal trough, 
and fresh to strong southerly winds ahead of the trough. The 
remnants of Potential Tropical Cyclone Twenty-Two continues to 
race NE and will merge with the frontal trough on Sun. 

.TONIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and N 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell. Scattered showers. 
.SUN...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
