Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build across the area this 
weekend, producing gentle to moderate N winds today, then E and SE
winds Sun. Southerly return flow will increase over the western 
Gulf Sun night ahead of the next cold front which will move off 
the Texas coast Mon night into Tue. Gale conditions are likely in 
the wake of the front over the west- central and SW parts of the 
Gulf Tue through Wed with seas forecast to build to 14 to 16 ft.

.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1007 mb located just off the NE
Florida coast will move NE today and out of the area by tonight.
Gale force winds will NE of the center, N of 29N between 65W and
70W will diminish this morning as the low begins to extend,
however strong winds and rough ses will prevail in a corridor N
of 22N between 55W and 70W this weekend, ahead of a slow moving
cold front. 

.TODAY...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
