Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An occluded front extends from 1008 mb low pres near
28N88W to 25N85W then cold front to the Yucatan channel. The low
will drift southward while weakening through Fri. Near-gale
winds and rough seas will continue through Thu across the NE
Gulf. Frequent gusts to gale force are possible through tonight.
Marine conditions are expected to improve by the end of the
week, with high pressure building across the basin this upcoming
weekend.  

.TONIGHT...SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and slight chance of tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extends from 31N44W to the
central Bahamas to the Florida Keys. A 1009 mb low pres has
formed near the Florida Keys. Gale force winds will develop
tonight east of Florida as the low move slowly northeastward
along the front. Gale force winds will then persist north of 27N
and west of 65W Thu afternoon through Fri, before lifting N of 
31N Fri evening.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 25 to 30 kt with frequent gusts to gale
force S of 27N, and E 20 to 25 kt with frequent gusts to gale
force N of 27N. Seas 7 to 10 ft in E swell. Numerous showers and 
isolated tstms. 
.THU...S of 27N, SE winds 25 to 35 kt, becoming S 15 to 25 kt in 
the afternoon. N of 27N, E winds 25 to 35 kt. Seas 8 to 12 ft in 
E swell. Scattered tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 25 to
35 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft S of 27N and 10 to 18 ft N of 27N 
in NE to E swell. Scattered tstms.
.FRI...S of 27N, SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, SE winds
20 to 25 kt, shifting to W in the afternoon. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NE
to E swell. Scattered showers and slight chance of tstms.
