Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure dominates the Gulf waters. Fresh to
strong N winds will continue across most of the Gulf of Mexico
through tonight before gradually diminishing Tue. Seas will
gradually subside into mid week as high pressure continues to
build over the region in the wake of a cold front now located SE
of the area.  

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.TUE...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from SE of Bermuda near 31N64W 
to central Cuba. This system will reach from 31N63W to eastern  
Cuba by Tue morning, then stall on Wed before dissipating on
Thu. Expect fresh to locally strong winds over waters north of
25N through tonight, on both sides of the front. Winds and seas 
will diminish into mid week as high pressure builds over the area 
in the wake of the front. Looking ahead, a broad area of low 
pressure located over the central tropical Atlantic about midway 
between the Windward Islands and western Africa has now a medium 
chance of tropical cyclone formation trough 48 hours. This system 
is forecast to approach the waters E of the Leeward Islands late 
Fri into Sat bringing increasing winds and seas. 

.TONIGHT...NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NW to N swell. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
