Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the Gulf waters supporting
fresh to locally strong NE to E winds, mainly over the eastern 
Gulf, through tonight before winds start to diminish. Light to 
gentle winds are forecast elsewhere through Fri night. A cold 
front is forecast to reach the northern Gulf Fri night into Sat 
followed by fresh to strong winds and moderate seas.

.WED...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Philippe is near 19.6N 64.9W at 5 PM EDT, 
and is moving northwest at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 40
kt with gusts to 50 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 1004
mb. Philippe will move to 20.4N 65.4W Wed morning, 22.0N 66.1W 
Wed afternoon, 23.8N 66.6W Thu morning, 26.2N 66.6W Thu afternoon,
29.2N 66.0W Fri morning, and will be N of area near 32.2N 65.7W 
Fri afternoon. Otherwise, a cold front extends from 31N54W to 
western Cuba near 23N80W. N of 29N, the cold front will continue
progressing eastward until moving east of the forecast waters on
Wed. S of 29N, the frontal boundary will dissipate tonight into
Wed, but fresh to strong northeast winds will continue north of 
the Bahamas through early Wed morning before diminishing.
