Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over the southeast Gulf accompanied
by scattered showers and thunderstorms will drift slowly into
the western Gulf through the early part of the week and
dissipate. Meanwhile, weak high pressure will persist over the
north-central and northeast Gulf. This pattern will support
gentle to moderate NE to E winds and slight seas across the
basin through the middle of the week.  

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding

.SYNOPSIS...A trough over the northern Bahamas will move
westward into Florida through late today. Weak high pressure 
will build from the north-central Atlantic north of 28N in the 
wake of the trough. Looking ahead, low pressure moving off the 
eastern seaboard may bring fresh NE to E winds and building seas 
off northeast Florida by late Wed. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE less than
5 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 5 to 10 kt N
