Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the SE CONUS will support gentle
to moderate E to SE winds across most of the basin through mid-
week. Afterward, a weak pressure gradient will result in light
to gentle winds and slight seas the remainder of the forecast
period, with the exception of gentle to moderate winds just W of
the Yucatan Peninsula.  

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E winds less than 5 kt, shifting to N in the afternoon.

.THU NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE after midnight.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front, attached to the remnant low 
of Idalia, extends from 31N52W to eastern Cuba. Fresh winds are 
on either side of the front mainly N of 29N. Rough seas generated
by the remnant low of Idalia continue to affect the NE waters. 
These seas will gradual subside through mid-week. The front will 
move eastward over the next couple of days while dissipating. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
