.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Idalia is near 32.2N 81.7W at 5 PM
EDT, and is moving northeast at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 60 kt with gusts to 75 kt, and the minimum central pressure
is 984 mb. Fresh to strong SW to W winds and seas to 10 ft will
continue to affect the eastern Gulf waters this evening before
subsiding tonight. High pressure and improved conditions will
arrive in the wake of Idalia Thu, and persist through the
upcoming weekend.

showers and isolated tstms.

are 60 kt with gusts to 75 kt, and the minimum central pressure is
984 mb. Idalia will move inland to 33.4N 79.3W Thu morning, 34.1N
75.7W Thu afternoon, 33.7N 72.2W Fri morning, 32.8N 69.7W Fri 
afternoon, 32.1N 68.2W Sat morning, and 31.7N 67.3W Sat afternoon.
Idalia will change little in intensity as it moves to near 32.3N 
65.1W Sun afternoon. Hurricane Franklin is well N of area near 
34.2N 65.9W at 5 PM EDT, and is moving northeast at 11 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 90 kt with gusts to 110 kt, and the minimum 
central pressure is 961 mb. Fresh to strong winds and rough seas 
associated with outer southern periphery of Franklin will continue
to affect the northern waters tonight.
