.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Idalia is near 24.6N 84.8W at 11 AM EDT,
and is moving north at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 75 kt
with gusts to 90 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 976 mb.
Idalia will move to 26.5N 84.6W this evening, 29.3N 83.7W Wed
morning, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near 31.8N
81.7W Wed evening, then will be N of area near 33.5N 78.8W Thu
morning. High pressure and improving conditions will arrive in
the wake of Idalia by Fri.

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS. SE winds 60 to
75 kt. Seas 10 to 15 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...HURRICANE CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S to SW winds 75 to
90 kt. Seas 13 to 18 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.WED...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. SW winds 55 to 60 kt,
diminishing to 30 to 35 kt in the afternoon. Seas 10 to 15 ft in
W swell, becoming 6 to 9 ft in the afternoon. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Franklin is near 30.8N 70.4W at 11 AM EDT,
 and is moving north-northeast at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds
 are 115 kt with gusts to 140 kt, and the minimum central
pressure is 941 mb. Franklin will move N of area to near 32.0N
69.6W this evening. Meanwhile, Hurricane Idalia is near 24.6N
84.8W at 11 AM EDT,  and is moving north at 12 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 75 kt  with gusts to 90 kt, and the minimum
central pressure is 976 mb.  Idalia will move to 26.5N 84.6W
this evening, 29.3N 83.7W Wed  morning, move inland and weaken
to a tropical storm near 31.8N  81.7W Wed evening, 33.5N 78.8W
Thu morning, 34.1N 75.6W Thu  evening, and 33.8N 73.0W Fri
morning. Idalia will change little  in intensity as it moves to
near 32.5N 70.2W early Sat. Expect  increasing winds and
building seas E of Florida beginning late  tonight as Idalia
moves across the Eastern Gulf of Mexico.
