Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Ten is over the NW Caribbean
near 19.9N 85.8W at 11 AM EDT, moving east at 2 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Minimum central
pressure is 1001 mb. Ten will drift eastward and strengthen to a
tropical storm near 19.7N 85.9W this evening, move to 20.6N
85.7W Mon morning, move to near 21.9N 85.5W Mon evening, to near
24.0N 85.2W Tue morning, strengthen to a hurricane near 26.2N
85.0W Tue evening, and to near 28.9N 84.0W Wed morning. Ten will
weaken to a tropical storm while moving NE and inland across
northern Florida Wed afternoon through evening. High pressure
and improving conditions will arrive in the wake of Ten late in
the week.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Franklin is near 25.1N 69.3W at 11 AM EDT,
moving north-northwest at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 85 
kt with gusts to 105 kt. Minimum central pressure is 971 mb. 
Franklin will continue to strengthen and move to 26.0N 70.0W 
this evening, to near 27.4N 70.7W Mon morning, to near 28.9N 
70.8W Mon evening, to near 30.4N 70.4W Tue morning, and move
well N of the area near 33.4N 67.0W Wed morning. Meanwhile,
Tropical  Depression Ten is in the NW Caribbean near 19.9N 85.8W
at 11 AM  EDT, and moving east at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 30 kt  with gusts to 40 kt, and minimum central pressure is
1001 mb.  Ten is forecast to move N-NE across the eastern Gulf
of Mexico  early this coming week and then across northern
Florida Wed  afternoon and night, producing increasing winds and
seas offshore of central and northern Florida.
