.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the Gulf will support mostly gentle to 
moderate winds and slight seas across the basin through Fri night.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SE 5 to 10 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
