.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered over the NE Gulf will
support gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin through
mid-week.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated tstms.
