.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered over the NE Gulf will
support gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin. 

.OVERNIGHT...E winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated
tstms. 
.SAT...S winds less than 5 kt, shifting to N in the afternoon.
Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 kt, shifting to E to SE after
