Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered over the NE Gulf will
support gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin.
Moderate return flow across the far western Gulf will continue
through the upcoming weekend. A thermal trough will move off the
Yucatan Peninsula each night, and will produce moderate to fresh
winds to the northwest of the Yucatan Peninsula. 

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 kt, shifting to E late. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.FRI...SE winds less than 5 kt,  shifting to NW to N 5 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.SAT...N to NE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE late. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.SUN...E to SE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extending from 31N65W to the
central Bahamas will drift slowly SE, then retreat by the end of
the  week. SW winds will increase to moderate to locally fresh
off NE  Florida Fri night into early Sat. Ridging will dominate
the basin  this weekend into early next week. Expect trade winds
to increase  to fresh speeds over the weekend S of 25N and E of
75W.

3 ft N of 27N. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
