.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered over the NE Gulf will
support gentle to moderate winds over most of the basin.
Moderate return flow across the far western Gulf will continue
through the upcoming weekend. 

.TODAY...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms.
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 kt, shifting to NE to E after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms. 
.FRI...SE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to N in the afternoon.

this weekend into early next week.
