.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will remain over the area during
the next few days. This will support mainly gentle to moderate
winds, except over the Bay of Campeche where winds will be
enhanced by a thermal trough coming off the Yucatan Peninsula
during the night hours.  

.TODAY...S of 24N, E to SE winds 10 kt. N of 24N, SE winds 10 kt
in the morning, becoming variable less than 5 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. 
Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 kt S of 24N, and variable less than 5 kt N
of 24N. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
.SAT...S of 24N, SE winds 10 kt in the morning, becoming variable

shift east-southeastward through the weekend. Fresh to strong 
trades just north of Hispaniola and over the Windward Passage will
diminish today. Elsewhere across forecast waters, winds will be 
moderate or weaker through Tue night. 

.TODAY...E to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
