.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain in control of the weather
pattern across the Gulf waters through the forecast period
supporting mainly gentle to moderate winds, except over the Bay
of Campeche where winds will be enhanced by a thermal trough
coming off the Yucatan Peninsula during the night hours.  

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Scattered showers 
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 10 kt in the morning, becoming variable less
than 5 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft or less in SE swell. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.FRI NIGHT...S of 24N, N to NE winds 10 kt, shifting to SE late.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the area will weaken and shift 
east-southeastward beginning Thu as a cold front moves across
the southeastern United States. This will support mainly
moderate to locally fresh winds, except for fresh to strong
easterly winds and generally moderate seas just N of Hispaniola
through Thu night. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Isolated showers and thunderstorms. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Isolated
