Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure in the eastern Gulf of Mexico extends
W across the basin and will remain in place into late week.
Fresh winds will pulse north and west of the Yucatan peninsula
each night into Sat as a trough develops each evening and moves
offshore.  

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW to N in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Former low pressure has weakened into a surface 
trough along 63W, which is producing fresh to strong winds and 
scattered moderate convection from 21N to 27N between 55W and 63W.
These winds will gradually weaken as this trough moves N and 
eventually out of the area by late week. Seas associated with the 
trough will also gradually decay, but likely remain above 8 ft 
through Tue morning. Elsewhere, gentle SW winds off northeast 
Florida will increase through Tue night ahead of a trough over the
southeast U.S. 

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S of 27N, S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE in the
afternoon. N of 27N, SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...S to SW winds 5 kt, shifting to E in the afternoon. Seas
