Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the basin
through the middle of the week, to produce mainly gentle to
moderate winds. The remnants low of TS Arlene is across the 
Straits of Florida this morning moving NE. Fresh winds will pulse 
off the western coast of the Yucatan Peninsula tonight and Mon 
night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E after
midnight. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S 5 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SW winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from low pressure east of 
Bermuda to 28N77W. Fresh to strong winds are expected near and
to the SE of the low, as far as 25N, as the low shifts ENE
through  through, impacting zones mainly north of 25N and east
of 65W. The remnant low of TS Arlene is across the Straits of
Florida this morning and will move NE and weaken to a trough
across the NW Bahamas on Mon. Atlantic high pressure extends
from the central  Atlantic westward along 19N and then WNW to
the southeast Bahamas, and will shift slowly northward to along
23N by Thu. Fresh to  locally strong NE to E winds and building
seas are expected over  the waters off northeast Florida through
Mon, as a weakening cold  front sinks S into the region.

.THIS AFTERNOON...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW
10 to 15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, W winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, N to NE winds
15 to 20 kt, shifting to E after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft in N to
NE swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft in N swell. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
