Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An upper level-trough is producing numerous
thunderstorms over the western part of the southeastern Gulf.
This activity is shifting eastward. Surface low pressure could
form over the south-central Gulf tonight or Wed, and is expected
to meander over the eastern Gulf during the next several days.
Environmental conditions appear only marginally favorable for
additional development during this time. Moderate winds are
forecast in the area, but the numerous thunderstorms will likely
be attendant by strong winds. Enhanced showers and thunderstorms
are likely across most of the the eastern half of the Gulf Wed
into Fri. Elsewhere, over the western Gulf, high pressure should
lead to gentle to moderate winds into the weekend, with
occasional fresh pulses along the W coast of Yucatan.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will result in quiescent 
conditions through late Thu. A broad area of low pressure will 
move from the Gulf of Mexico across Florida and into the western
Atlantic late Fri into Sat. As a result, increasing winds and 
building seas are likely over the waters east and south of the 
Bahamas late Sat into Sun night. Expect increasing coverage of 
showers and thunderstorms across the western Atlantic by Thu. 
Strong N to NE winds and building seas are expected offshore 
northeast Florida Sun and Sun night behind a cold front.

of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
.WED...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.WED NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
