Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the weather pattern
across the Gulf waters this week producing mainly light to
gentle winds and slight seas. Gentle to moderate westerly winds
are expected over the NE Gulf Wed and Wed night as a cold front
approaches the area.

.OVERNIGHT...W winds less than 5 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.WED...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...N to NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SW to W in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the NE waters will dissipate
by Wed morning as high pressure builds across the area. This
will bring gentle to moderate southerly winds across the
majority of the area through Sat. A low pressure area is
forecast to develop along a frontal boundary just off the SE US
by Wed night. This system is forecast to move toward Cape
Hatteras by Fri, with strong winds and rough seas expected to
remain north of 31N, in  the Ocean Prediction Center's area of
responsibility.

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.WED...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.
Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT...E to SE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in NE swell
in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
