Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the weather pattern
across the Gulf waters this week producing mainly light to
gentle winds and slight seas. Gentle to moderate westerly winds
are expected over the northern Gulf Wed and Wed night as a cold
front approaches the area. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SW to W winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 kt, shifting to N less than 5 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will persist across the
majority of the western Atlantic through the week. A low 
pressure system and associated frontal boundaries will move over
the western subtropical Atlantic late Tue. By Thu, high pressure
will build NW of this feature and the gradient will generate 
strong easterly winds and build seas of 8-12 ft north of 31N,
off the coast of South Carolina.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, NE to E winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S
to SW after midnight. N of 27N, E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt,
shifting to S 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 3 ft in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
