.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to locally strong winds will pulse near and to
the NW of the Yucatan Peninsula tonight. Winds are forecast to
diminish to light to gentle speeds on Mon and prevail through
Thu night. Slight to moderate seas will prevail.  

.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.TUE...E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S in the afternoon. Seas
