Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the Gulf waters the
remainder of the week producing mainly gentle to moderate winds
and slight to moderate seas. Fresh to locally strong winds will
pulse near and to the NW of the Yucatan Peninsula each night
into the early morning hours during the forecast period due to
local effects related to a thermal trough.

.FRI NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SAT NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N59W SW to the central
 Bahamas will continue to propagate SE, reaching from 31N56W to
the southern Bahamas by Fri morning. The tail of this front is 
forecast to stall in the Turks and Caicos Fri night and then 
transition back to a cold front Sat before reaching Hispaniola
Sat night into Sun. Fresh to strong winds remain ahead of the
front  mainly N of 28N with seas of 8 to 10 ft. These marine
conditions  will persist through this evening as the front
continues to moves SE over the forecast waters. In the wake of
the front, weak high  pressure will rebuild over the SE US,
bringing light winds to the  far western Atlantic later today.
Looking ahead, a weak low  pressure may develop off the SE US by
Sun.

27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
