.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will shift eastward off the Mid-Atlantic
coast Tue night allowing for winds over the southeastern waters 
to become southerly at moderate to fresh speeds through Fri 
night.

and isolated thunderstorms.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary front extends from near 31N75W to 
just east of Cape Canaveral. The stationary front will begin to 
slowly move southeastward as a cold front reaching from near 
31N73W to Palm Beach, Florida this morning where it will stall. 
The frontal boundary will then weaken through late Mon and 
dissipate early on Tue. Fresh to locally strong southerly winds 
are expected to develop offshore northern Florida beginning Wed 
as weak low pressure forms along a stalled out boundary offshore
the Georgia southeast coast.
