.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will shift eastward off the Mid-Atlantic
coast Tue night allowing for winds over the southeastern waters 
to become southerly at moderate to fresh speeds through Fri 
night. 

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...E to SE winds 10 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. Isolated showers
and thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 kt S of 24N, and variable less 
than 5 kt N of 24N. Seas 2 to 3 ft.
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers 
and isolated thunderstorms.
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from near 31N75W to just
east of Cape Canaveral will slowly move southeastward  tonight
reaching from near 31N73W to Palm Beach, Florida early on Mon,
where it will stall. The frontal boundary will then  weaken
through late Mon and dissipate early on Tue. Fresh to  locally
strong southerly winds are expected to develop offshore 
northern Florida beginning Wed as weak low pressure forms along
a stalled out boundary offshore the Georgia southeast coast. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
.MON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms.
