Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over the NE Gulf of Mexico will
weaken through tonight. Winds and seas offshore the western
Florida Panhandle and Alabama will continue to subside through
early this evening. A cold front is forecast to enter the
western Gulf Sat night and move across much of the Gulf,
extending from Sarasota, FL to Tampico, Mexico by early Mon.
Fresh to strong N to NE winds and building seas are likely
behind the front over much of the western and central Gulf Sun
into early Mon. Well in advance of the front, there is a
possibility of some severe thunderstorm squalls with gusty winds
over portions of the north-central and NE Gulf late Sat
afternoon through Sat night.

.SYNOPSIS...A warm front extends from 26.5N74W to 31N81.5W. Fresh
to strong SE winds north of 28N and west of 76W will prevail 
through this evening. The next cold front should move offshore 
northern Florida Sun night.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and slight
chance of tstms. 
.FRI...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
