Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...1019 mb high pressure is centered just W of the
Florida Keys, while a weak cold front is becoming stationary
across the NE Gulf along 28N. The front will dissipate tonight.
Fresh to locally strong winds are expected to pulse at night off
the Yucatan Peninsula through the forecast period. High pressure
and fresh to locally strong return flow will prevail across most
of the W half of the Gulf Mon night through early Wed, ahead of
the next cold front. This next front is expected to move into
the NW Gulf Wed and stall across NW and W portions, where it
will meander through Fri. 

.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered across the central Atlantic 
extends W-SW to the central Bahamas and continues to support 
moderate to fresh E to SE winds S of 24N, and seas to 9 ft.
These winds and seas will diminish late Tue as Atlantic high
pressure  reorganizes N of the area. A cold front extends from
31N76W to  central Florida and will move SE and weaken through
late Tue. Fresh to locally strong winds across the waters N of 
28N in advance of this front will lift N of the area tonight. 
Otherwise, fresh to strong winds will continue in the Great Bahama
Bank and between Hispaniola and Turks and Caicos through Thu. 
Looking ahead, a broad inverted trough is expected to develop 
along about 55W Wed night and shift W through Fri. 

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
