Return flow will develop by early Thu with fresh to strong winds in the west-central and NW Gulf ahead of the next front, with these winds spreading and dominating the basin by early Fri. The front will move into the NW Gulf Fri morning, reaching from Apalachee Bay, Florida to the central Bay of Campeche by early Sat.
