Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A 1007 mb low has moved inland over the eastern
Florida Panhandle, with the associated cold front extending
southward to the Yucatan Channel. This front will move SE of the
area by Sun. Strong to near gale force northerly winds will 
dominate. Rough seas of 12 to 16 ft will encompass much of the 
Gulf during this time. Conditions will improve from W to E Sun 
night into Mon, as high pressure builds into the basin. This high 
pressure will move quickly E and out of the area Mon night into 
Tue, allowing strong to near gale SE to SE return flow to develop 
over the W Gulf. Looking ahead, the next cold front will emerge 
off of the Texas coast on Thu. 

.TONIGHT...W winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...W to NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 12 ft in W swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in W to NW
swell. 
.MON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure moving up the Eastern Seaboard into Sun
will send a cold front offshore Florida late tonight, which will
track across the waters through the middle of next week. Strong
winds and rough seas will occur on both sides of the front - 
mainly north of 26N through Tue. North of 28N, gales are
expected on both sides of the front through Mon. Rough seas will
 accompany these strong to gale force winds. Elsewhere, E swell 
has decayed over the SE waters and seas have fallen to below 8 
ft. 

...GALE WARNING THROUGH SUN NIGHT...

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and S 25 to 35 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft, building to 5 to 7 ft after midnight.
Showers likely and slight chance of tstms. 
.SUN...SW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SW 25 to 30 kt N of
27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in SW to W swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to
30 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in W to NW swell. 
.MON...NW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E in the afternoon. Seas
