Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure has of 1017 mb has formed just offshore
the Florida Big Bend along a cold front that extends SW to near
Veracruz, Mexico. Strong N winds follow this front. Gales
offshore Tampico, Mexico will propagate S to offshore Veracruz
overnight, where there will persist into Sat afternoon. Sat, the
low will move NE out of the Gulf while strengthening, and gales
are likely to develop in the NE Gulf in its wake. Rough seas of
12 to 15 ft will be present in and near these areas of gale
force winds. Winds and seas should gradually diminish from west
to east beginning Sun evening.  

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Isolated tstms.
.SAT NIGHT...W winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Scattered
showers and slight chance of tstms. 
.SUN...W to NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft in W to NW
swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in W to NW
swell. 
.MON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure and its associated cold front will 
move off Georgia and northeastern Florida Sat. As the low moves
NE away from the area, the cold front will grad across the
western Atlantic through Mon night. Strong winds and rough seas
will occur on both sides of the front, mainly N of 27N, into
Tue. N of 29N, gales are likely on both sides of the front Sun
through Mon.  Elsewhere, large and long period northerly swell,
with seas at 8  to 10 ft, is occurring south of 26N and east of
the Turks and  Caicos Islands. This swell is affecting areas
from Hispaniola to  the Lesser Antilles and this trend will
continue into Sat before  gradually subsiding.

N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and S 25 to
30 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Showers likely and slight chance 
of tstms. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 15 to 25 kt S of 27N, and SW 25 to 30 kt N
of 27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Chance of showers. 
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.MON...NW winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
