Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A stationary front stretches from south of Tampa Bay, Florida to a low near 25N97W. Fresh to strong winds are noted in the NW Gulf with moderate to fresh N winds and moderate seas across the rest of the northern Gulf. The low pressure will lift northward through the weekend. Strong winds and rough seas are expected through Sat in the northern and western Gulf waters as the low pressure and associated frontal boundary meanders in these areas.
