Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the NW Gulf will extend from the
Florida Panhandle to near Tampico, Mexico by this afternoon.
Fresh N winds will prevail behind the front. Low pressure may
form on the western edge of the front in the western Gulf late
this week and move northward. Strong winds are expected to
develop this weekend in the northern and western Gulf waters as
the low pressure and associated frontal boundary moves eastward.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build across the area, and become
centered between Puerto Rico and Bermuda into late week. On the 
NW periphery of this ridge, fresh to strong SW winds will
develop offshore NE Florida today and Fri, quickly propagating 
eastward into early in the weekend and staying N of 28N. 

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.FRI...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.FRI NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW 10 to 15 kt N of
