Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the Gulf waters will shift toward
the western Atlantic as a cold front moves off the coast of
Texas by Thu morning. Fresh southerly return flow is expected
ahead of the front. Strong northerly winds and building seas
will follow the front, which is forecast to reach from near
Tampa Bay, Florida to Veracruz, Mexico by early Fri. Winds to
gale force and rough seas are possible off Veracruz behind the
front Fri into early on Fri night, with fresh to strong
northerly winds elsewhere. Winds and seas will diminish from W
to E into Sat as the front moves southeast of the area.
Afterward, fresh to strong southerly return flow is expected to
develop across the western Gulf on Sun along with building seas.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE winds 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extending from 31N50W to 20N68W 
will continue to weaken as it reaches from near 29N55W to 20N67W
early this evening and shift E of the area late Thu. High
pressure will follow in behind the front. A strong cold front
will move  off the northeast Florida coast early Fri. As the
front moves  eastward across the forecast waters, expect
increasing winds and  building seas. Fresh to strong winds are
forecast on either side  of the front during the upcoming
weekend. These winds could reach minimal gale force across the
waters N of 29N late Sat into  early on Sun. Seas of 12-15 ft
are expected with the strongest  winds NE of the Bahamas.

N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, N to NE
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E to SE late. Seas 3 ft,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.FRI...SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to
